I have nothing but absolute great things to say about this place. Came here for the first time 6-9-2019. Jamie and Drew were the best bartenders very attentive and always there to refill my beer. Let me just tell you I was told to try the bbq pulled pork mac and cheese and I legit had happy tears before I even took a bite. Just the aroma of this pie omg. Had me salivating. It was so creamy and delicious but very filling. Which is fine I'll take it home and eat it for breakfast. I honestly can't wait to go back to try more food. With great service and affordable prices take my word for it. Put it on your places you visit. Oh and did I say they have pool tables and darts... What!!! What!!!

We like to be out and about during the day. This "Local Option" is a superb one for lunch. The bartender, Deb, is friendly and provides great service. Now, let's talk about this food!! If you're a first timer, try the thin crust pizza... it is absolutely the bomb I understand why it's award winning. Don't stop at the pizza, however, the pork tenderloin is spectacular. Also, it's made from scratch like most of the menu. Stop in if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!

Really nice place for food and drink. Great service from the staff who recommended fantastic drinks. Probably some of the best pizza pie outside of South Chicago. They have an electronic dartboard and pool table as well as a great bar. Heartily recommend for a good night out.

Fire Authentic chicago tavern style pizza. Fresh raw sausage put on the pizza, sauce was amazing with a buttery crunchy/ crispy crust. And the prices are insanely cheap. 2- 14" thin crust (one sausage one half sausage half cheese) and a 10" stuffed cheese plus 2 pepsi's was only 48. I'll definitely be back and highly, highly, highly recommend this place over villa nova and any other pizza place I've tried in Michigan or Indiana. 100% chicago pizza. This is coming from an Italian who was born and raised in Chicago, worked in quite a few pizza places out there, favorite food is pizza(kind of a pizza snob) And I make my own at home, until now. I'll be going here a lot. The stuffed actually had the second dough layer between the cheese and sauce. 6 critique on the stuffed is that it needed more sauce. Other than that, it was on point as well Amazing and fast service as well. They have this really cool horse shoe bar that you can sit in regular chairs instead of bar stools. The bartender floor is lower than outside the bar. Pretty cool set up Thank you local option The pizza in the first Pic was a bit over cooked, the one I ate there was cooked perfectly. Update 5-31-24 Grabbed another pizza today to take home and it was severely under cooked. Whoever is making pizza really needs to set a timer so all the pizza's are cooked properly. I'd like to keep coming here but the consistency needs to be better

Amazing pizza. We got deep dish and thin crust. Both amazing. 100% order. Staff was great - ordered 12 pizzas and they walked them out to the car with me. 100% will come back

First time visiting and the pizza pretty damn good, staff was friendly and the place was clean, we will return.

Visiting from STL and wanted a good Chicago pizza. Ironically the locals recommended “Local Option” and it didn’t disappoint!! Prices were more than reasonable and it was absolutely delicious.

Great service, good vibes and I got to Support MS. It was my first time eating a stuffed pizza.
